Through mentoring and creative team exercises, we teach executives and their teams to optimize these assets to create sustained value.
Who We Are
Wendy M. Pfeiffer is the Founder and Managing Director of Box of Chocolates. At Yahoo!, Cisco Systems, Nutanix, GoPro and Robert Half, Wendy led executives and teams in large-scale technology operations.
Now retired from her operating career, Wendy focuses on CEO Advisory and Board services. Notably, she has served as an Independent Board Director for public, private and non-profit companies including Qualys (NASDAQ:QLYS), Opnova.ai, The Huang Family Corporation, SADA Systems (NASDAQ:NSIT), the American Gaming Association (501(c)6) and Girls in Tech (501(c)3).
Wendy has been recognized as the Fisher Center's World Business Analytics CIO of the Year, Silicon Republic's Tech Titan, The Software Report's Top 25 Software CTO's, Silicon Valley Enterprise CIO of the Year, Chief in Tech's Top 100 Women in Tech, Technology Magazine’s Top 100 Tech Execs, Infrastructure Masons 100, and the National Diversity Council's Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology.
